The research concerning feasibility of small business from pineapple dodol in Subang Regent West Java has been done. Dodol is a taffy made of sticky rice, coconut milk,-and palm sugar. This research was done using survey methode by case study approach. The object of the questionnaire was aevided into three groups of small business consist of 24 persons, which are Mekar Sari Business Group consist of 17 person, Mekar Jaya Business Group consist of 4 person, and Mandiri Business Group consist of 3 person. The result of this research showed that pineapple dodoI business in Subang is a business that built by housewives using family sytems. The continuity of pineapple dodol business is influenced by internal factors (business resource, production and distribution, the availability of material, product and price) and external factor (government policy, social and culture, economy, technology, and industrial environment). Based On the analysis of price feasibility , break evem point analysis, the cash flow analysis for 10 years, and business of profitability evaluation shows that pineapple dodo I business in Subang is feasible to run. The managerial implication suggest for pineapple dodol business to increase the capacity production, to give priority of efficiency of production cost, and to develop the control of business management.
