Factors Analysis Of Swamitra Micro Credit Repayment Successful(Case study: Swamitra Yogyakarta)Moch. Djanoko Microfinance is becoming one of the most talkable issue in the last 10 years. The experience in two time of crisis in Indonesia (Economic crisis 1997 and Global Crisis 2007) has given us lesson that our economic system is very vulnerable. Microscale businesses has proved themselve as the most sustainable business in many kinds of crisis time. In 1997, when many big companies collapsed because of the storm of foreign exchange movement, micro scale industries became a leader in boost our economic growth. Since 1990, the government has made many kinds of program in increasing the capacity of micro scale businesses. The program became a priority when the 1997 economic crisis attacked Indonesia's economy. Now, the development of micro scale financing has become a vital weapon in facing globalization risk. Bank Bukopin, as one of systemic bank in Indonesia has developed the program for micro scale financing since 1997. The Swamitra is a micro scale financing entity that supervised by Bank Bukopin. In almost 13 year of serving, now there are 448 Swamitra outlet in 114 city with more than three hundred thousand customer and this is one of the most successful program that helps Bank Bukopin raise its financial performance. The necessity of sharper Swamitra strategy is an urgent regarding that not all Swamitra have a good performance (The BDR ratio is still higher in numbers of Swamitra). The Swamitra in Jogjakarta region become a role model for this research because its performance rank and its consistency. There are two major objective that the author want to explore from this research. The objectives of this study were to: (1) identifying and knowing the Micro credit processes that has been applied by Swamitra in Yogyakarta.,and (2) analyze the factors influencing the successful of micro loan payment. The primary data were gathered in January until February 2010 using a descriptive and survey method approach through questionnaires and interviews. The samples were gathered using purposive convenience sampling (non probability sampling). The amount of respondents that were usable in this study followed the rule of thumb and collected up to 175 respondent. Structural Equation Modeling, Customer Satisfaction Index, Customer Loyalty Index, and Importance Analysis Index were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicates that the segmentation of Yogyakarta customers that dominated by people who had married, age 30-45, High school as last education, and had a good business reputation. The factor analysis result that there are three major factor that formed in performance indicator and two factor in capacity indicator. The Logistic regression resulted in three indicator that significantly influenced the probability of loan payment successful. The indicators are reputation, profit/outstanding, and inventory turnover. Reputation is an indicator with the biggest influenced in addressing better loan payment successful.
